- To assess you before sedation and keep clinical records, as required of health practitioners.
- To submit claims to your medical aid on your behalf, or to issue invoices for cash payments.

Health information is special personal information under POPIA. We process it only to provide your care and administer your account, and we keep it confidential in line with HPCSA ethical rules.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to provide your care or meet legal duties: for example with the practitioner performing your procedure, your medical aid, and service providers such as our IT and hosting providers, who must keep it confidential. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep clinical records for as long as required by law and HPCSA guidelines, and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
